From concept to completion, we will work with you to prepare for your magical day. We will assist in budget planning, recommend venues and vendors, introduce you to band, DJ and musicians, help with floor plans, aid in the selection of wedding attire, negotiate contracts and much more. The full plan is customized to meet your needs.
Partial planning
Have you started planning your wedding? Weddings by Debra Thompson can take over the planning of your wedding anytime before the "big day". We will review existing contracts, contact vendors and venues to become the main contact on behalf of the bride and groom, allowing the bride and groom to relax and enjoy their engagement. Like the full plan, the partial plan is customized to meet your needs.
Wedding Day Plan
In the final weeks approaching your wedding, we will contact and go over all details with your vendors. We will attend rehearsal and take notes to insure the wedding party is properly lined up for the processional. On your wedding day, we will arrive two hours before the ceremony to check all personal flowers and see that the chapel is properly decorated, oversee that groomsmen are escorting the guests, make sure that all members of the wedding party are picture perfect and will time and direct the processional.
At the reception, we will see that place cards are alphabetized and displayed, coordinate with vendors, insure all details are set to your specifications.
